The concept behind Johnson Auctioneers & Properties, Inc. was developed by Bill Johnson due to his desire to sell certain properties in a more timely fashion, in a certain sales frame where the market was right for auction marketing.  Hundreds of land, farm, house, estate & commercial building auctions later, our company has developed into a major force in sales in this region.

The key to our success has been the fact that Johnson Auctioneers & Properties, Inc. in nearly 25 years of sales has sold nearly everything the company has put up for auction ( you are reading this right) over 98 % of all properties we have put on the auction block. 

  The Johnson family is synonymous with real estate in and around eastern North Carolina conducting sales in 32 counties and concentrating on strategic campaigns, designed to succeed.  Prior to the formation of Johnson Auctioneers & Properties, Inc., Bill Johnson brokered conventional real estate dating back to the late 1980s.  J.
